Products - Scaffold components
Standard
Standards are manufactured from 48.3×3.35 HT scaffolding tube. Clusters of four “V” pressings at 90 to each other are situated at 500mm centers along the length of the standard(External connector can be included)
Ledger
The horizontal member is a tubular ledger with captive wedge “C”pressing on each end which locate on the “V” pressings on the standard. The ledgers are normally placed at 2 meter centers but additional ledgerrs can be inserted to be used as guard rails
External Connector
60mm x 4,5mm wall thickness. Joins standardsfor hanging scaffold
Light Duty Connector
38mm x 2mm wall thickness. Joins vertical standards together
Base Plate
The spigot fits into the standard and is used when the standard is erected on the level surfaced bed
Base Jack
38mm x 4mm tube. Thebase jack is used to accomodate variations in ground level. Adjustments of 610 or 457 are available
Solid Base Jack
38mm solid bar accommodate higher loadings and less corrosion.
Steel Board
The steel boards have non tilt ends to hook onto the ledgers allowing them to interlock with one another. A non slip surface ensures a safe working platform
Toe Board Clip
Clamps to standard to accommodate toe board
Steel Toe Board
The toe board provides a safe platform edge to prevent looase items falling from the platform

Cantilever Bracket
The ccantilever bracket is used to extend the slab formwork in the area where there is no support from below. It can be used to sopport a beam or channel. Typical applications are for slab extensions and access work
Ladder Beam
A load beam profile fixed to scaffold uprights to allow spanning over a wider distance
Filler Board
Used as a closure board and secured using a joining clip
DH Coupler
Used to attache a standard tube to a standard at 90 degrees
Band and Plate
Connects two tubes at right angles
Swivel Coupler 50 x 50mm
The coupler has a swivel joint to allow the tube to be connected at the required angle

Light Duty Connector
